The team at TransRockies Events welcomes Trevor Gunderson as Manager of Partnership Development for Canadian events in the TransRockies Race Series. As a past high performance cyclist, with success at local, national and international levels, Trevor brings his passion for sport to the TransRockies Events team. According to Trevor, “My background in business and marketing has allowed me to further my passion for sports by being engaged at a corporate level. I feel that my experience as an athlete and an understanding of the business world will allow me to further strengthen the TransRockies brand and ensure that all partnerships are maximised.”

His business development background and knowledge of the sport will give us the added resources we need to take the TransRockies Race Series and all of our events to a higher level. Trevor will be focused on making connections with strong partners who want to create authentic relationships with our participants and contribute to the incredible outdoor experiences offered at TransRockies Race Series events.”
Trevor will focus on developing partnerships for Canadian events on the 2014 TransRockies Race Series powered by GSL GM City calendar including the Skirt Sports Skirt Chaser 5K, Rundle’s Revenge, Kananaskis 3, Gran Fondo Highwood Pass, Singletrack 6, Wild Mountain Fernie Ultra, Tour of Alberta Cycling Challenge, Canadian Rockies Heli Run. Trevor joins Cynthia Bruggeman, Manager of Partnership Development for the United States based branch of TransRockies Events. Cynthia will continue to work with partners associated with the TransRockies Run and Moab Rocks and other US events in development.
TransRockies Inc. was founded in 2002 with the launch of The TransRockies Challenge mountain bike stage race. Over the years the company has expanded to include ten events under the TransRockies Race Series banner. In 2014, events will include cycling, trail running, running and mountain biking with over 3,000 participants and 26 event days in 4 states and provinces.
