TransRockies Airport Transfers
DEADLINE TO BOOK SHUTTLE TRANSFER IS JULY 16th – BOOK EARLY TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY
TransRockies will be providing coach transfers for both the inbound and outbound portions of the event (to and from Calgary International Airport).
The price of the transfer includes your seat on the coach and the transport of all luggage, including your bike box. The coach will drop you off at your accommodation at the start community and pick you up from your accommodation at the finish community.
Please note that all bikes must be packed in boxes for both the inbound and outbound transfers, in order to ensure they are transported safely and efficiently.
Transfers should be booked online through your registration file. If you have already registered for TransRockies but have not booked a transfer, simply log in to your registration file through the link provided in your confirmation email and add your transfers under the 'Merchandise' section.
IMPORTANT TRANSFER CHANGE NOTICE - If you booked a transfer prior to February 1, 2008 with a departure time of 19h00 from Calgary to Panorama, please note these transfers have moved one hour back to 20h00 to accommodate more international flight arrivals. If you have a 19h00 transfer already booked you do not need to make any changes to your transfer - the 19h00 transfer has simply moved one hour back.

Airport Hotel Accommodation – Hilton Garden Inn
TransRockies participants arriving on flights after the last scheduled shuttle of the day to Panorama can book a hotel room at the Hilton Garden Inn, Calgary International Airport at a discounted rate.
Participants receive a special mid-week rate of $139.00 (a $50 savings) for bookings between Tuesday, August 5 and Saturday, August 9, 2008. Please quote "TransRockies" when booking, and ask for either Sacha or Paula.

A shuttle from the airport baggage claim level to the Hilton Garden Inn (about a 5-minute drive) is available - look for pillar #10 on the arrivals level outside. There is also a phone available on that level to call the hotel directly for a pick-up.
