Cancellation Policy

TransRockies No-Risk Cancellation Policy
At TransRockies, we understand that unforeseen circumstances sometimes come up that can prevent you from participating. While we can’t refund all your money, we’re happy to transfer your fees to next year.  We also allow substitutions if you can’t make it, but you can find someone to take your spot.

All Deferrals, Substitutions and Cancellations will be subject to a $50 admin fee.

Refund Policy
Prior to March 1 – 25% of fees will be retained as a credit for the 2014 event*
March 1 – April 30 – 50% of fees will be retained as a credit for the 2014 event*
May 1 – June 30 – 75% of fees will be retained as a credit for the 2014 event*
July 1 or later – All fees will be retained as a credit for the 2014 event*

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by one of the following:

A. Email to registration@transrockies.com
B. Fax to 1 (403) 206-7553
C. Mail to TransRockies Inc.: 211, 317 37th Ave NE, Calgary, Ab T2E 6P6 Canada

Cancellations are not accepted over the phone.
