Hey First Timer, I see you live in Cranbrook. I live in Creston and my teammate is from Ontario. So that means mostly solo training rides for me.

If you're ever looking for some rides let me know.

Hay Terry every Sunday we do a good ride last weekend around 90 to 110k we try to get out Mon,Wed and Fri. So yes lets get together for training rides email me at teamcranbrook@hotmail.com
