I know the financial world is in chaos, but what are peoples' plans for 2009?

My retirement fund has shrunk by about 1/3 and the Canadian dollar is getting the stuffing kicked out of it. (Perhaps set to regain its former role as the "northern peso"?)

But right now, with it pissing with rain outside, there is nothing I'm looking forward to more than riding for 7 days in the Rockies with my baby brother. (Okay he'll be 42, but he's still my baby brother.)

So, I'm coming back for my 6th TR. What about the rest of you?

Hey Simon, and everybody. I can't even believe i'm talking about this......

I got 'er done this past year. 53 hours. Last place, I think, out of people that "finished".

I laughed at people who'd do it again. I'm serious...laughed out loud....in their faces....seriously....ask Gaffney or Stuckert or Buckman or Ramsey or......

Laughing out loud in their faces because I've just realized that some of my friends are idiots....

Well guess what? The pain is gone and, maybe not forever but, glory does really live on!!

Am I actually thinking of doing this again? Maybe it's the vodka/OJ's. Maybe I just saw myself on the DVD and thought "Damn....I look good"

Can you ever repeat one of the greatest accomplishments in your life? If you knew what was coming, and took it on despite that, would the accomplishment be greater?
